If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with your return and/or exchange. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labeling. Returns and/or exchanges will only be accepted at the discretion of raiflō. Any item(s) returned that does not meet the aforementioned criteria, will not be eligible for return and/or exchange (i.e., item appears dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc.).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must contact us at email@example.com for further instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. A credit is issued when the goods are returned and a new charge is created for any new items shipped.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will help you with the return shipping process. All orders in raiflō have a special URL called the Pre-Approved Return URL provided by our fulfillment partner. Each URL is unique to the original order.
Anyone in possession of this URL will be able to generate a shipping label to send the order back to our warehouse. (if applicable)
The new order won't ship until the inventory has been received back at the warehouse.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. If a refused or undeliverable package is assessed a fee because it is returned to back raiflō, the customer will be responsible for any such fees imposed and those fees will will be due prior to reshipping of your order or the cost will be deducted from any refund that is due back to a customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For returns and exchanges, we highly recommend shipping with transit tracking. raiflō is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping
